I AM A CERTIFIED YOGA INSTRUCTOR TRAINED IN:

I've instructed classes in several yoga studios around Stockholm:

Updog Bodies, Brahma Yoga, Conscious Life, Dakini Yoga, YogaRummet, AIM Studio, S.A.L.T. Studio, and Värmdö Yoga Center

My classes have included vinyasa, hatha, yin, reik i& yin, soundhealing & yin, pregnancy yoga, postnatal yoga, vinyasa & pranayama

I also lead yoga and holistic activities at Yasuragi Hotel and Spa

There are many benefits to taking private yoga classes. For one, they are tailored exactly to your unique goals, needs and body. Your classes are also designed for your specific level, weather you’re a complete beginner or want to take your practise to the next level. Practicing yoga one-on-one allows you to learn how practice properly, and you can ask as many questions as you want during your sessions
